提取制备黄腐酸(FA)并研究其醒酒作用及部分作用机制,对昆明小鼠预防性灌胃不同浓度的黄腐酸,观察小鼠的醉酒时间和醉酒小鼠的只数,并使用气相色谱仪(GC)测定小鼠血浆中乙醇的浓度.结果:与模型组相比,3%、5%黄腐酸组中小鼠醉酒时间明显缩短(P<0.05);与海王金樽组相比,1%、3%、5%黄腐酸组中小鼠醉酒时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),且5%黄腐酸的醒酒防醉效果最佳.与模型组相比,30、90 min时,1%、5%黄腐酸组中小鼠血浆中乙醇浓度明显降低(P<0.05);60 min时,乙醇浓度降低非常明显(P<0.01).与海王金樽组相比,60、90 min时,1%、5%黄腐酸组中小鼠血浆中乙醇浓度明显降低(P<0.05).黄腐酸具有醒酒作用,这为开发黄腐酸成为一种新型的醒酒药物提供了实验数据.

Fulvie acid was extracted, and the sober-up effect of fulvic acid and the part of mechanism were investigated.Administrated the Kunming mice with the different concentration of fulvic acid previously, the drunken time of mice and the number of drunken mice were observed, and the ethanol concentration in the mice plasma was determined with gas chromatography (GS).Results: Compared with model group, the drunken time of mice with 3 % and 5 % fulvic acid giv-en was shortened significantly (P < 0.05) ; compared with King Drink group, the drunken time of mice withl % ,3 % and 5% fulvic acid given was shortened obviously (P < 0.05), and 5% fulvic acid had the best Sober-up and anti-intoxica-tion effect.Compared with model group,the ethanol concentration in the mice plasma with 1% and 5% fulvic acid given was decreased in 30 and 90 min (P < 0.05) ; and that was decreased significantly in 60 min (P < 0.01).Compared with King Drink group,the ethanol concentration in the mice plasma with 1% and 5% fulvic acid given was decreased in 60 and 90 min (P < 0.05).The result that fulvic acid was proved to be of sober-up effect provided experimental basis for developing fulvic acid to a new sober-up drug.
