基于Siemens NX平台开发了汽车覆盖件冲压成形同步模拟系统Forming Analysis Wizard(FAW),采用UDO关联技术与参数化关联技术,实现了工艺参数多方案管理功能。该系统可以在同一工序中定义多种方案,并对不同方案的工艺参数进行有效管理,为工艺优化提供参考依据。以某后排座靠背支架模型为实例,设置多组方案,通过后处理的比较分析,确定出最合理的工艺参数组合,验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。

A aynchronous simulation system FAW(Forming Analysis Wizard)of auto body stamping forming was devel oped based on Siemens NX platform. Multiple solutions management function of process parameters was realized by UDO associated technology and parametric related technology. The system could be used to define several kinds of solutions in the same process, and manage the process parameters of each solution effectivly, provide a reference basis for the process optimization. Taking the back of a chair stents model as a case, several solutions were defined, the most reasonable combination of process parameters was confirmed, which validated the feasibility of FAW.
