This paper adopts the monitoring data of the Heilong River, the main stream of Songhua River from 2006 to 2010 to analyze the variation tendencies of the dissolved oxygen in this part of the river. The dissolved oxygen grows year by year. The related coefficient of Pearson was adopted to conduct a relativity analysis on the relation of the dissolved oxygen and environment factors of the river, such as water temperature, pH value, total content of phosphorus and the biochemical oxygen demand.
