目的探讨参加四川抗震救灾官兵的心身健康特点及其影响因素.方法采用随机整群抽样法,对3064名参加救灾官兵和343名非救灾官兵使用简易心身健康调查表进行测试.结果救灾官兵的骨骼肌肉症状、神经症状、消化症状、生殖泌尿症状、睡眠状态、情绪状态、行为状态因子分及躯体总分、心理总分、心身总分显著高于对照组( P <0.01～0.05).一线救援官兵心身健康各因子分明显高于二线救援官兵( P <0.01).救灾官兵心身症状总的发生率为89.98%,其中躯体症状发生率为82.51%,心理症状发生率为67.10%,躯体症状和心理症状同时发生率为59.63%,无症状者为10.02%.躯体症状与心理症状密切相关,相关系数为0.200～0.409( P <0.01);心理症状各因子、骨骼肌肉和神经症状与社会支持呈明显正相关,相关系数在0.180～0.405之间( P <0.01～0.05).救援类别、社会支持、受教育程度、民族是影响救灾官兵心身健康的主要因素.结论参加救灾官兵心身健康状况受到明显损害.

Objective To explore the characters and influencing factors of psychosomatic health of the military rescuers who participated in the anti-earthquake work in Sichuan. Methods By cluster random sampling, 3064 military rescuers and 343 army men who did not take part in the rescue were tested by facility psychosomatic health scale. Results The scores of bone-muscle, nerve, digest, urogenital, sleeping, emotion and behavior symptom, total somatic score, total mental score and total psychosomatic score of the military rescuers were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.01～0.05). The psychosomatic health factor scores of front-line rescuers were obviously higher than those of the second-line rescuers( P <0.01). The occurrence of psychosomatic symptom in the military rescuers was 89.98%,while somatic symptom was 82.51%, mental symptom 67.10%, both of them 59.63%, and non of them 10.02%. Mental status factors were significantly correlated with somatic symptom factors, the correlation coefficients were 0.200～0.409 ( P <0.01).Mental status factors, bone-muscle and nerve factor were significantly correlated with social support score, and the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.180 to 0.405( P <0.01～0.05). The classification of rescue, social support, education and nation were the main factors which had affected on the psychosomatic health of military rescuers. Conclusion The psychosomatic health of military rescuers were injured seriously.
