目的 探讨APOBEC3G在慢性乙型肝炎和肝癌组织中的表达,及与慢性乙型肝炎和肝癌的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测45例肝组织(正常肝组织8例,慢性乙型肝炎肝组织6例,肝癌组织21例,癌旁组织10例)中APOBEC3G的表达,采用半定量积分法判断表达的强度.结果 APOBEC3G在正常肝组织中无表达或仅见少量表达(表达阳性率12.5%),而在慢性乙型肝炎肝组织中、肝癌组织中和癌旁组织中均有较强表达(表达阳性率分别为83.3%、66.7%、50.O%),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).APOBEC3G在肝组织中的表达强度与同组中HBsAg、HBcAg的表达强度无明显相关(P>0.05).结论 慢性HBV感染能促使肝细胞内APOBEC3G表达增高,但APOBEC3G高水平的表达与HBsAg、HBcAg的表达强度无明显相关.

목적 탐토APOBEC3G재만성을형간염화간암조직중적표체,급여만성을형간염화간암적관계.방법 응용면역조직화학방법검측45례간조직(정상간조직8례,만성을형간염간조직6례,간암조직21례,암방조직10례)중APOBEC3G적표체,채용반정량적분법판단표체적강도.결과 APOBEC3G재정상간조직중무표체혹부견소량표체(표체양성솔12.5%),이재만성을형간염간조직중、간암조직중화암방조직중균유교강표체(표체양성솔분별위83.3%、66.7%、50.O%),기차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).APOBEC3G재간조직중적표체강도여동조중HBsAg、HBcAg적표체강도무명현상관(P>0.05).결론 만성HBV감염능촉사간세포내APOBEC3G표체증고,단APOBEC3G고수평적표체여HBsAg、HBcAg적표체강도무명현상관.
Objective To examine the expression of APOBEC3G in liver tissues,including nor-mal control,chronic hepatitis B, hepatocellular carcinoma and para-eancerous tissue, and to investigate the relationship between the expression of APOBEC3G and hepatitis B virus infection. Methods Immunohis-tochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of APOBEC3G in liver tissues of 45 cases (8 healthy controls,6 eases of chronic hepatitis B,21 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 10 cases of para-cancer-ous tissues). The expression intensity of APOBEC3G was determined by using semiquantitative imegration methods. Results APOBEC3G expression levels in liver tissues of chronic hepatitis B, bepatocellular car-cinoma and para-cancer (positive rate was 83.3% ,66.7% and 50.0% respectively) were higher than that in healthy controls (positive rate was 12.5%) (P < 0.01). There was no relationship between the ex-pression levels of APOBEC3G and HBsAg or HBcAg (P > 0.05). Conclusion HBV infection could in-crease the expression levels of APOBEC3G,but the overexpression of APOBEC3G is not associated with the expression of HBsAg and HBcAg.
