目的 了解高血压患者不同价格降压药物使用情况及其对血压达标的影响.方法 调查高血压患者2 100例,年龄28～80岁,平均年龄(62.5±12.1)岁.调查的项目包括:文化程度、用药前后血压、病史、所用药物的名称及每日剂量等.结果 自费患者中:①不同文化程度患者之间不同价格药物的使用有明显差异(P<0.01),大多数低学历患者使用低价格药物,许多高学历患者也使用低价格药物;②不同病史的患者用药也有明显差异(P<0.05),随着病史的延长,高价格药物的使用逐渐增多;③高价格药物单用或与其他价格药物联合使用,治疗达标率都较高.结论 文化程度的高低及病史的长短可以影响自费高血压患者对降压药物的选择,从而影响对血压的控制.

목적 료해고혈압환자불동개격강압약물사용정황급기대혈압체표적영향.방법 조사고혈압환자2 100례,년령28～80세,평균년령(62.5±12.1)세.조사적항목포괄:문화정도、용약전후혈압、병사、소용약물적명칭급매일제량등.결과 자비환자중:①불동문화정도환자지간불동개격약물적사용유명현차이(P<0.01),대다수저학력환자사용저개격약물,허다고학력환자야사용저개격약물;②불동병사적환자용약야유명현차이(P<0.05),수착병사적연장,고개격약물적사용축점증다;③고개격약물단용혹여기타개격약물연합사용,치료체표솔도교고.결론 문화정도적고저급병사적장단가이영향자비고혈압환자대강압약물적선택,종이영향대혈압적공제.
Objective To examine the use of antibypertensive drugs with different price in 2100 hypertensives. Methods We in-vestigated 2100 subjects aged 28 to 80,with an average age of 62.5±12.1 years, and all had their blood pressure(BP) more than 140mmHg in systole(SBP) and/or 90mmHg in diastole(DBP) or current treatment with antihypertensive drugs. The data was produced, in which edu-cational level, blood pressure before and after taking antihypertensive medications, history of hypertension, antihypertensive drugs and a mul-tidisciplinary questionnaire were involved. Results To the subjects who must pay their own expense for antihypertensive drugs:①Different price antihypertensive drugs treatment was different obviously among subjects with different level of education ( P<0.01 ) ;②The use of anti-hypertensive medication was different in subjects with different history of hypertension ( P < 0.05 ). The rate of using high price antihypertens-ire drugs has increased in patient who had long-term history of hypertension.③The high price antihypertensive drugs used alone or in com-bination with other price antihypertensive drugs had been shown to have high control rate. Conclusion To the subjects who must pay their own expense for antihypertensive agents: educational level and history of hypertension can influence patients in choosing the anfihypertensive medication and the control of blood pressure in populations with hypertension.
