以乙烯基三乙氧摹硅烷为原料制备了乙烯基硅树脂,并对影响硅树脂收率和分子量的因素进行了研究.正交实验表明,其适宜的工艺条件是:催化剂(35%~38%浓盐酸)用量为1.5%(体积百分数),反应时间3 h,反应温度在80~85℃.

Vinyl-substituted silicone resins were prepared by the bydrolyzation of vinyltriethoxylsilane. The influence factors to the yields and intrinsic viscosity of the silicone resin were also studied. The orthogonal experiments showed that the preferable process were: the dosage of hydrochloric acid(35 %-38 %)was 1.5 % (volume ratio), the reaction time was 3 h and the reaction temperature was between 80 ℃ and 85 ℃.
