制备了Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在不同变形温度、不同变形速率下对试验材料进行压缩试验,研究Al_2O_3颗粒增强铝基复合材料和纯铝的热变形行为.结果表明,试验材料的流变应力随着变形温度的降低和变形速率的增加而升高;Al_2O_3颗粒对铝基复合材料具有明显的强化作用,且能抑制复合材料的动态再结晶过程.
製備瞭Al_2O_3顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料,利用Gleeble-1500熱模擬試驗機,在不同變形溫度、不同變形速率下對試驗材料進行壓縮試驗,研究Al_2O_3顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料和純鋁的熱變形行為.結果錶明,試驗材料的流變應力隨著變形溫度的降低和變形速率的增加而升高;Al_2O_3顆粒對鋁基複閤材料具有明顯的彊化作用,且能抑製複閤材料的動態再結晶過程.

Thermal deformation behavior of Al_2O_3 particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites fabricated and pure Al were tested by compression with the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator at different deformation temperature and different deformation rates. The results show that the flow stress is increased with decreasing in deformation temperature and increasing in deformation rates. Al matrix composites were greatly strengthened by Al_2O_3 particulate as a result of restraining dynamic recrystallization in the composites.
