用原子吸收光谱法测定了常德市郊波杂山羊肺、心、肝、肠、肾和肌肉6大组织中的Ca、K、Na、Mg、Fe,Zn、Cu、Mn等8种矿物质元素的含量.测定结果表明,肌肉中K、Mg、Zn含量最高,Fe次之,Na、Ca、Cu、Mn最低:肠中Ca含量最高,Mg,Cu次之,而Zn、Mn、K、Na相对较低,Fe最低;肝中的Fe、Cu、Mn、Na含量最高,Zn Ca次之,Mg、K相对较低;肾中的Na、K、Mn含量次之,其他相对较低;心肌中各元素含量均相时较低;肺中Fe、Mn含量次之,K、Mg、Zn含量最低,其他相对较低.

용원자흡수광보법측정료상덕시교파잡산양폐、심、간、장、신화기육6대조직중적Ca、K、Na、Mg、Fe,Zn、Cu、Mn등8충광물질원소적함량.측정결과표명,기육중K、Mg、Zn함량최고,Fe차지,Na、Ca、Cu、Mn최저:장중Ca함량최고,Mg,Cu차지,이Zn、Mn、K、Na상대교저,Fe최저;간중적Fe、Cu、Mn、Na함량최고,Zn Ca차지,Mg、K상대교저;신중적Na、K、Mn함량차지,기타상대교저;심기중각원소함량균상시교저;폐중Fe、Mn함량차지,K、Mg、Zn함량최저,기타상대교저.
The contents of calcium (Ca),potassium (K),sodium (Na),magnesium (Mg),iron (Fe),zinc (Zn),copper (Cu),manganese (Mn) in the lung, heart, liver, intestine, kidney and muscle tissue of hybrid goats in western Hunan were determined by the atom absorption spectrum analytic method. The results indicated that the contents of K, Mg, Zn were highest, Fe was followed, Na,Ca,Cu,Mn were lowest in the muscle. The content of Ca was higher than the contents of Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn,K,Na in the intestine, but Fe was lowest one. The contents of Fe,Cu,Mn,Na were highest, Zn.Ca were highei,and Mg,K were relatively low in the liver. The highest content elements in the kidney were Na, K and Mn, others were relatively low. In the contrast, all the elements in the heart were relatively low, and the content of Fe, Mn followed, K,Mg,Zn content were lowest, other were relatively low.
