中国西南地区是中国民族构成最为复杂的地区之一。在一些多民族杂居分布的地域社会中,文化现象并非以＂民族＂为单位而呈现出某种地域整体性特征。本文通过对黔东南苗、侗等族社会中流行的＂款＂这一传统的社会组织所具有的地域共性特征的分析,进而比较了苗族三大方言中黔东方言的＂黑苗＂与湘西方言的＂红苗＂在清代苗民起义中组织形式的不同,揭示了地域社会中普遍存在的跨＂民族＂的文化＂共性＂现象。并对长期以来的惯于从＂民族文化＂视野对＂地域文化＂进行人为＂分割＂的倾向提出了若干反思。

The Southwest China is one of the areas with the most complicated ethnic composition in China.In some multi-ethnic society with mixed geographical distribution,cultural phenomenon does not display certain regional integrated features in the unit of ＂ethnic group＂.This article will analyze the regional common features of traditional social organization-＂Kuan＂,a popular organization form in Hmong and Dong society in Qindongnan,and then compare the difference of organization forms during the uprising in the Qing destiny between red Hmong in East Guizhou and black Hmong in West Hunan.Both of them belong to the Hmong which contains three parts of different dialect areas,revealing the prevalence of ＂interethnic＂ cultural ＂common＂ phenomenon existing in the regional society.Some criticism and reflection must be put forward to fight against the tendency that people intend to ＂split＂＂regional culture＂ artificially through the point of view of ＂ethnic culture＂,which has been accustomed to for a long time.
