目的 观察稳心颗粒干预急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者后血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)含量的变化及心律失常发生情况.方法 163例ACS患者随机分为2组,对照组(87例)为按ACS指南给予常规药物治疗,稳心颗粒治疗组(76例)在常规药物治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒,疗程均为10天.治疗前和疗程结束后检测患者血Hcy含量的变化;持续心电监测并统计心律失常情况.结果 稳心颗粒治疗组在疗程结束后:Hcy较对照组降低(P<0.05),心律失常发生率显著减少(P<0.05).结论 加用稳心颗粒干预ACS能安全有效地降低血Hcy含量,减少心律失常的发生,并推断心律失常的减少可能与Hcy含量降低有关.

목적 관찰은심과립간예급성관상동맥종합정(ACS)환자후혈청동형반광안산(Homocysteine,Hcy)함량적변화급심률실상발생정황.방법 163례ACS환자수궤분위2조,대조조(87례)위안ACS지남급여상규약물치료,은심과립치료조(76례)재상규약물치료기출상가용은심과립,료정균위10천.치료전화료정결속후검측환자혈Hcy함량적변화;지속심전감측병통계심률실상정황.결과 은심과립치료조재료정결속후:Hcy교대조조강저(P<0.05),심률실상발생솔현저감소(P<0.05).결론 가용은심과립간예ACS능안전유효지강저혈Hcy함량,감소심률실상적발생,병추단심률실상적감소가능여Hcy함량강저유관.
Objective To explore the effect of Wenxin pellets on the content of homocysteine (Hcy) and arrhythmia in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 163 patients were randomly assigned to receive routine medical treatment according to ACS guidance (87 patients,control group),or Wenxin pellets besides routine treatment (76 patients,study group) for 10 days. The contents of serum Hcy were measured before and after treatment. Arrhythmia was recorded by 24-hour electrocardiogram. Results As compared with the control group,Hcy content decreased in the study group (P<0.05) and the incidence of arrhythmia was obviously reduced (P<0.05).Conclusions Wenxin pellets can effectively reduce the content of Hcy and the incidence of arrhythmia in patients with acute coronarysyndrome,which suggests reduction in arrhythmia is associated with the decrease in Hcy content.
