本文针对我国医学生信息意识薄弱,信息能力较差,信息道德发展不平衡、总体水准偏低等信息素质不高的现状,深入分析了目前医学生信息素质教育中存在的主要问题及其原因.围绕高等医学教育课程与教学,重点讨论了全面培养和提升医学生信息素质的途径与策略,主要从构建科学合理的医学生信息素质教育课程体系,信息素质教育与医学专业课程整合,构建医学生信息素质评价标准体系,提高教师信息素质,发挥医学院校图书馆的作用,加强图书馆馆员与医学专业课程教师的合作,营造良好的校园信息化环境等七个方面,推动高等医学院校信息素质教育的广泛深入开展,构建一种理想的医学生信息素质教育模式,以全面提升医学生的信息素质.

There are still some inadequacies with the general quality of the information literacy of medical undergraduates, which include the following 3 aspects: weak information consciousness,low infor-mation competence and low level of information moral. The main problems and corresponding causes in the information literacy education practice in medical institutions were interpreted. Developing the curriculum and instruction of the medical institutions of higher learning, the efficient channels and tactics to cultivate their information literacy comprehensively were discussed. It is argued that, in.order to develop the infor-mation literacy education in the medical institutions, the following 7 points should be observed: the estab-lishment of the curriculum system of the information literacy education, the curriculum development of in-formation literacy education and the medical science courses, the establishment of the evaluation standard system of the information literacy, the necessity to promote the information literacy of the instructors, bring-ing the role of the libraries of medical institutions into full play, the collaboration between the librarians and the medical science courses instructors, and the establishment of the campus information environment. Fi-naUy, a corresponding instruction model was put forward.
