从植物伤害信号种类、传递模型、烟草响应机械伤害的生理变化及对钾和烟碱含量的调控措施等方面进行了综述,认为打顶能激活某些伤害信号因子,导致烟株代谢平衡失调,从而引起烟叶化学成分的变化,并为进一步研究烟叶中钾和烟碱的问题提出了建议.

The types of injury signal in plant, the transfer model, the physiological changes of tobacco response to mechanical injury and control measures of potassium and nicotine content were comprehensively reviewed. It is concluded that topping could activate some injury signal fators, which resulted in metabolism malfunction of tobacco plants, thus, causing change in chemical composition in tobaccoo leaves. Futher research on potassium and nicotine in tobacco leaves was also suggested.
