目前市售油茶皂苷多为乙醇提取物,这些提取物多为粗提物,色泽比较深,纯度相对低,并且杂质成分复杂.在前人的基础上采用陶瓷膜对油茶皂苷进行分离纯化研究.选取不同的膜孔径、不同的操作压力以及不同的料液浓度为粗油茶皂苷精制的工艺条件,以膜通量、总皂苷转移率和除杂率为标准对陶瓷膜精制油茶皂苷的工艺进行优化.结果表明,以0.05 pan的膜孔径、0.15 MPa的操作压力和1%的料液浓度为最佳精制工艺条件,得到的滤液经过浓缩并喷雾干燥.同时对过滤后的产品进行高效液相色谱法检测.测定产品纯度由50%提高到81%,得率为66.4%,并且颜色也从黄色变为淡黄色.具有大规模工业生产的可行性.

At the present time, sasanqua saponins on market are distilled by ethanol, and the crude extracts are of deep color and low purity with complex impurity. In this work, based on our predecessor's experience ceramic membrane was used to purify the sasanqua saponins. Selecting film aperture, operating pressure, and material concentration as tech-nological factors, and using film flux, transfer rate of sasanqua saponins, and impurity removal rate as evaluation indexes,the refine technology for the crude tea saponins was optimized. The fihrate was concentrated and spray dried, and the prod-uct was analyzed by HPLC. Results: The optimal refining parameters are film aperture 0.05 μm, operation pressure 0.15 MPa and material concentration 1%. The final product purity is improved from 50% to 81%. The product yield is about 66.4 % and the color of the product is improved from yellow to pale yellow. The technology has feasibility for large -scale industrial production.
