采用湿式氧化法对炼油厂含油污泥进行处理,考察了反应温度、过氧比和含油污泥COD初始浓度对含油污泥COD去除率的影响,结果表明:在温度为340℃、过氧比为5和含油污泥初浓度为4000 mg/L的条件下,COD的去除率为87.5%,湿式氧化法是一种有效的炼油厂含油污泥预处理方法。
採用濕式氧化法對煉油廠含油汙泥進行處理,攷察瞭反應溫度、過氧比和含油汙泥COD初始濃度對含油汙泥COD去除率的影響,結果錶明:在溫度為340℃、過氧比為5和含油汙泥初濃度為4000 mg/L的條件下,COD的去除率為87.5%,濕式氧化法是一種有效的煉油廠含油汙泥預處理方法。

The refinery oily sludge is treated by wet air oxidation(WAO).The influence of reaction temperature,oxygen excess ratio and initial COD concentration of oily sludge on COD removal of oilfield sludge is investigated.The experimental results show that COD removal was 87.5 % under the following conditions: temperature was 340 ℃,oxygen excess ratio was 5 and initial concentration of oily sludge was 4000 mg/L.WAO is an effective pretreatment method for refinery oily sludge.
