针对白杨河水库枢纽工程原设计方案消力池尺寸不足,下游护坦流态不良、冲刷严重的问题,进行了四种不同修改方案的试验研究。通过对原方案及修改方案水流流态的观察,水深、流速、消能率等方面的测量计算,推荐采用“阶梯式溢洪道+消力墩”的联合消能方案。试验表明,阶梯式消能工可以消除水流的大部分能量,减小消力池及下游护坦的消能负荷。将梯形消力墩布置在下游护坦上,可以有效地削弱水流余能,增强水流扩散。综合运用消能工,不仅避免了护坦及下游河床受到冲刷,还最大地发挥了经济效益。
針對白楊河水庫樞紐工程原設計方案消力池呎吋不足,下遊護坦流態不良、遲刷嚴重的問題,進行瞭四種不同脩改方案的試驗研究。通過對原方案及脩改方案水流流態的觀察,水深、流速、消能率等方麵的測量計算,推薦採用“階梯式溢洪道+消力墩”的聯閤消能方案。試驗錶明,階梯式消能工可以消除水流的大部分能量,減小消力池及下遊護坦的消能負荷。將梯形消力墩佈置在下遊護坦上,可以有效地削弱水流餘能,增彊水流擴散。綜閤運用消能工,不僅避免瞭護坦及下遊河床受到遲刷,還最大地髮揮瞭經濟效益。

The general situation of the project of Baiyang River Reservoir is introduced in this paper, and four different modification schemes are tested and studied pointing to several serious problems of the original scheme, such as the undersize of the stilling basin, the bad flow regime of the lower apron with severe scour. An energy dissipation scheme with the combination of stepped spillway and baffle block is recommended based on considering the flow regime, the water depth, the flow velocity and the energy dissipation ratio. The test results show that the stepped energy dissipater could eliminate most of the energy of flow, and reduce the energy dissipation load of the stilling basin and lower apron. The remaining energy could also be weakened effectively with strengthened water diffusion by trapezoidal baffle block in the lower apron. The baffle block applied in projects could not only protect the apron and downstream river against scour, but also play the most important role in economic benefits.
