本文的研究目的是观察喂服来福美胶囊后,小鼠对抗药物和对机体损伤的调节与修复作用,并从氧化损伤角度探讨其可能机制.具体方法是喂养来福美后小鼠用环磷酰胺进行损伤模型,观察不同剂量来福美对上述模型动物不同指标的影响.结果表明:实验数据显示了来福美胶囊具有明显增强机体对抗药物损伤后的细胞修复和调节作用.

Objective: In order to study the adjustment and repiremet effect of Life Enzyme,a kind of experiments were taken.Moreover,the possible mechanism was detected.Changes in the physiological function of experimental animals were observed by fed on Life Enzyme and given CP at the same time.Methods: The whole experimental animals were divided into four groups including the control,CP,Life Enzyme and Life Enzyme +CP.Results: There were significant differences in weight,PLT,SOD in liver and swimming time of experimental groups compared with the control.(p0.01,p0.05,p0.05,p0.05).Conclusions: When cell was destoried by CP,Life Enzyme could restorate it.
