目的 探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术的吻合方式选择及手术技巧.方法 通过对135例(152眼)慢性泪囊炎和单纯鼻泪管阻塞,术中根据泪囊的大小和泪囊与鼻黏膜距离分为3组,分别行3种不同的吻合方式.术后随访6～12个月,观察手术效果.结果 治愈126眼(82.89%),好转21眼(13.82%),无效5眼(3.29%).结论 根据泪囊的大小和泪囊与鼻黏膜距离,选择泪囊鼻腔吻合术的吻合方式,更为合理有效.
目的 探討淚囊鼻腔吻閤術的吻閤方式選擇及手術技巧.方法 通過對135例(152眼)慢性淚囊炎和單純鼻淚管阻塞,術中根據淚囊的大小和淚囊與鼻黏膜距離分為3組,分彆行3種不同的吻閤方式.術後隨訪6～12箇月,觀察手術效果.結果 治愈126眼(82.89%),好轉21眼(13.82%),無效5眼(3.29%).結論 根據淚囊的大小和淚囊與鼻黏膜距離,選擇淚囊鼻腔吻閤術的吻閤方式,更為閤理有效.
목적 탐토루낭비강문합술적문합방식선택급수술기교.방법 통과대135례(152안)만성루낭염화단순비루관조새,술중근거루낭적대소화루낭여비점막거리분위3조,분별행3충불동적문합방식.술후수방6～12개월,관찰수술효과.결과 치유126안(82.89%),호전21안(13.82%),무효5안(3.29%).결론 근거루낭적대소화루낭여비점막거리,선택루낭비강문합술적문합방식,경위합리유효.
Objective To discuss the anastomosis methods of dacryocystorhinostomy and the operation techniques. Methods Through the 135 cases (152 eyes) for the chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction patients, according to the size for the lacrimal sac and the lacrimal sac to the nasal mucosa, do dacryocystorhinostomy by 3 kinds of the anastomosis methods:Follow-up 6 months to 12 months after operation. Results 126 eyes(82.9%) were cured; 21 eyes (13.8%) were improved; and 5 eyes (3.3%) were invalid. Conclusion It is more reasonable and effective to choose the anastomosis methods of dacryocystorhinostomy,according to the size for the lacrimal sac and the lacrimal sac to the nasalmucosa.
