目的观察玻璃体手术治疗眼球壁异物的临床疗效.方法回顾性总结分析21例(21只眼)眼球壁异物(除外异物直接暴露于巩膜外,并能直视下夹取者),经玻璃体切除手术取出后视力恢复及并发症的发生情况.结果眼球壁异物21例(21只眼)中,20只眼异物一次性取出,1只眼异物顶出后极部眼球壁外.术后视网膜在位17只眼,视网膜脱离4只眼.术后矫正视力较术前提高者16只眼,不变者3只眼,下降者2只眼.结论经玻璃体手术取出眼球壁异物是安全有效,充分切除玻璃体,术中巩膜外顶压检查周边视网膜,对于预防术后视网膜脱离有一定意义.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of extraction of eyeball wall foreign bodies with vitrectomy. Methods A total of 21 cases (21 eyes) of eyeball wall foreign bodies underwent vitrectomy. Laser photocoagulation and suitable intraocular tamponade were used when needed. Results Foreign bodies were completely taken off from 20 eyes. Foreign body in one eye was forced out of the eyeball and left retrobulbar.Retinas were reattached in 17eyes, while retinal detachment occurred in 4 eyes. After surgery, the best corrected visual acuity improved in 16 eyes, remained in 3 eyes, and decreased in 4 eyes. Conelusions Extraction of eyeball wall foreign bodies with vitrectomy is safe. It is effective to prevent retinal detachment by excising the vitreous completely and checking up the peripheral retina with episcleral indentation carefully.
