通过不同预处理方法对鹤蕉'富贵鸟'3个时期(蕾期、初花期、开花期)的花枝进行处理,研究富贵鸟鹤蕉切花的贮藏保鲜技术及贮藏过程中衰老生理的特性.结果表明:花枝在浓度为90 g/L.蔗糖+1 mmol/L STS中浸泡9min的效果最佳;对不同采收期而言,采后贮藏寿命:蕾期>初花期>开花期,其中蕾期和初花期的贮藏寿命差异不显著,均可视为最佳采收期;富贵鸟切花衰老过程中.其花青素含量整体呈下降趋势,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量也整体呈下降趋势,但对于某些处理的某一阶段稍有上升,POD酶活性从贮藏之日起,其活性呈不断上升趋势.

Cut flower branches of Heliconia bihai 'Lobster Claw' at three stages,bud,initial bloom and bloom,were treated with different levels of sugar and STS to observe quality of the cut flower branches and the characteristics of their senescence physiology. The results showed that the flower branches treated with 90 g/L Suc and 1 mmol/L STS for 9 min were best in quality and storage life. The treated cut flower branches were about 3.1 ~4.5 days longer in storage life than the control. The storage life of the flower branches cut at different stages varied and was in the order of bud stage>initial bloom stage>bloom stage,and there was no obvious difference in the storage life between the bud and initial bloom stages. The bud and initial stages are hence considered as optimum stages for harvesting. The cut flower branches generally tended to decline in their anthocyanidin content during their storage,as well as the soluble sugar content and the soluble protein content,but some of the flower branches showed a rising trend in the anthocyanidin,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content in some treatments at given stages. POD activity was in a rising trend starting from the storage of the cut flower branches.
