目的提高原子吸收分光光度计-石墨炉法测定饮用水中总铬的精密度和灵敏度,并缩短试验时间。方法用磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂。结果当磷酸二氢铵浓度在0.5%时,水样在原子化前将湿度降低至250℃,并在2秒内超速升至2500℃。则可快速得到试验结果,并且灵敏度高,精密度好。结论所检测的数据灵敏度高、准确度好,标准物质的测定值与标准值相吻合,标准曲线相关系数γ=0.999,检出限为0.48ug/L。
