在辛烯基琥珀酸马铃薯淀粉酯小试生产工艺的基础上设计了中试生产方案,对比中试产品与小试产品结构与性质,优化工艺参数,确定最佳中试工艺条件为:淀粉乳质量浓度40 %、酸酐质量浓度3 %、pH7.5~8.0、搅拌速度200 r·min~(-1)、反应温度30 ℃、反应时间4 h,在此工艺下制备的辛烯基琥珀酸马铃薯淀粉酯取代度为0.0186 2.

The preparation process of octenyl succinic anhydride modified potato starch in a pilot scale was designed. The conditions of process were optimized by comparing the structures and properties of the pilot production products and laboratory products. The optimum parameters were screened as starch latex at 40 %, amount of OSA was 5 %, pH7.5~8.0, stirring rate at 200 r·min~(-1), crossing temperature at 30 ℃ and crossing time for 4 h, under this condition, the substitution degree of prepared OSA-starches was 0.018 62.
