采用氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)分光光度法测定固色剂中甲醛含量,系统地考察了反应温度、反应时间和各试剂用量对测试结果的影响.结果表明,在甲醛用量为0.05~2.0 mg/L内,该方法具有良好的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9;在3个不同添加水平下,加标回收率为95.6%~107.3%;不同浓度样品相对标准偏差在0.5%~1.6%.该方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于固色剂中甲醛含量的测定.

Formaldehyde in fixing agents was tested by AHMT (4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole) spectrophotometry method.Effects of reaction temperature,time and reagent dosage on testing results were studied.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.05~2.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The recovery range was 95.6%~107.3 %.The relative standard derivation (RSD) for different concentrations was 0.5%~1.6%.The method proved to be sensitive and accurate,and was suitable for determination of formaldehyde in fixing agents.
