电磁发射过程中,动态特性源于电磁场变化、温度场变化以及应力变化等,它们同电枢的触发位置、初速度、结构等参数密切相关.为提高多级同步感应线圈炮的性能,基于Maxwell 2D仿真环境,建立了同步感应线圈炮的二维有限元模型,对影响其性能的触发位置、初速度,特别是它们之间的配合问题进行了极为重要的动态仿真分析.仿真及分析结果表明:对于多级同步感应线圈炮,初速度不同,电枢有不同的最佳触发位置,它们之间的有效配合对提高多级同步感应线圈炮的性能有重要影响;而多级同步感应线圈炮级数有限制,并非越多越好.

In the process of electromagnetic launch, dynamic characteristic is the result of variable electromagnetic field, variable temperature field and variable stress field. The correlation between those variable field and trigger position, initial velocity and structure is closely interconnected. Based on the simulation environment of Maxwell 2D,two dimension finite element models of synchronous induction coilgun were put forward. The dynamic simulation about trigger position, initial velocity and their cooperation that greatly affect the performance of synchronous induction coilgun is discussed. The simulation results reveal that different initial velocity has different optimum trigger position for multi-stage synchronous inductive coilgun; Their effective cooperation improves the multi-stage synchronous induction coilgun's performance; The stage number of multi-stage synchronous induction coilgun is limited.
