全固态薄膜锂充电电池由于安全可靠性强、能量密度大、工作电压高、循环寿命长等诸多优点已经成为微型电子器件匹配电源的良好选择.阴极、阳极、固体电解质材料是全固态薄膜锂充电电池的重要组成部分,对于其开发和研究十分重要.综述了目前应用较多的阴极、阳极及固体电解质材料,并阐述了其物理特性、电化学性能和主要的制备方法;电池结构设计同样影响着整个电池的性能,介绍了电池结构对充放电特性的影响,且展望了其今后的研究热点和发展方向.

With strong security and reliability,high energy density,high voltage,long cycle life and many other advantages,all-solid-state thin film lithium rechargeable batteries have become good choices for micro-electronic devices.Due to the fact that they are the key components of all-solid-state thin film lithium rechargeable batteries,research and development on cathode,anode,and solid electrolyte are of great importance.This paper firstly reviews cathode,anode,as well as solid electrolyte which are recently applied more preferably,and their physical properties,electrochemical properties and the main methods of preparation of them are described.Properties of batteries are also depended on design of the cell structure.Influence on charge and discharge properties because of cell structure is presented and the future development and research focus are expected as well.
