结合SUSAN算子,OFMM算子与奇异点去除方法,提出了一种高精度线路板(PCB)夹角测量算法.该算法首先利用SUSAN算子检测出所有可能的边缘点;然后选定区域获取被测夹角的边缘目标点,利用最小二乘拟合法去除奇异的边缘点后,进行亚像素定位;最后对被测量夹角的亚像素边缘点进行直线拟合,利用直线方程计算出夹角.通过对真实线路板图像的测量,实验结果证明了该算法的有效性.该方法已应用于自制的光学自动测量仪,取得较好的效果.

An algorithm for angle measurement of printed circuit board (PCB) with high accuracy is presented. It adopts SUSAN op-erator, OFMM operator and singular points elimination. First, all possible edge points are quickly detected by using SUSAN operator. Then, a region of interest is selected and edge points of the measured angle are obtained. Singular pnints of the angle edges are e-liminated with least square line fitting. The sub-pixel edge location is implemented by OFMM operator. At last, the angle of PCB was calculated by using the line equations,which are got by line fitting of angle edge points with sub-pixel accuracy. The experimen-tal results of the real PCB images measurement demonstrate that the algorithm is effective.The method applied to the optical auto-matic measuring instrument gets better effect.
