目的：分析比较削痂和磨痂在治疗深II度烧伤创面的应用。方法回顾分析我院2008年4月-2013年12月我科38例深II度烧伤分别采用削痂和磨痂手术，观察比较两组患者手术治疗效果。结果磨痂组创面愈合时间提前3-6天，出血少，愈合质量好，疤痕增生轻。结论采用磨痂的方法治疗深II度烧伤创面，具有操作简便、损伤轻、感染发生率低、创面愈合快、安全性好，有利于患者的早日康复等优点。
목적：분석비교삭가화마가재치료심II도소상창면적응용。방법회고분석아원2008년4월-2013년12월아과38례심II도소상분별채용삭가화마가수술，관찰비교량조환자수술치료효과。결과마가조창면유합시간제전3-6천，출혈소，유합질량호，파흔증생경。결론채용마가적방법치료심II도소상창면，구유조작간편、손상경、감염발생솔저、창면유합쾌、안전성호，유리우환자적조일강복등우점。
Objective To compare the applications of eschar abrading and tangential excision in the treatment of deep thickness burn wound. Methods 38 cases with deep thickness burns from April.2008 to December.2013 in our department by using eschar abrading or tangential excision were retrospectively analyzed, and the surgical results of the two methods were compared. Results Eschar abrading group has shorter healing time with 3 to 6 days in advance, less bleeding, better healing and lighter scarring. Conclusion Eschar abrading is easily operated with light damage, low incidence of infection ,quick healing, high reliability and early rehabilitation of patients.
