目的：探讨丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的临床疗效。方法：30例对照组患者应用高压氧治疗，改善脑循环；促进脑细胞代谢，如胞二磷胆碱或乙酰谷酰胺、醒脑静注射液及对症支持和康复功能训练。30例治疗组在此基础上再联合丁苯酞和依达拉奉治疗。治疗前、治疗后1个月分别测定日常生活能力（BI）、长谷川痴呆量表（HDS），比较2个量表数值的变化。并于治疗1个月后判定临床疗效。结果：入院时2组患者BI、HDS评分无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。治疗1个月后，2组BI、HDS评分均有不同程的提高，治疗组评分提高更明显（ P＜0．05）。2组治疗1月后临床疗效，治疗组总有效率86．67％，对照组60．00％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：丁苯酞联合依达拉奉是治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病可行的治疗方案之一。
목적：탐토정분태연합의체랍봉치료일양화탄중독지발성뇌병환자적림상료효。방법：30례대조조환자응용고압양치료，개선뇌순배；촉진뇌세포대사，여포이린담감혹을선곡선알、성뇌정주사액급대증지지화강복공능훈련。30례치료조재차기출상재연합정분태화의체랍봉치료。치료전、치료후1개월분별측정일상생활능력（BI）、장곡천치태량표（HDS），비교2개량표수치적변화。병우치료1개월후판정림상료효。결과：입원시2조환자BI、HDS평분무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。치료1개월후，2조BI、HDS평분균유불동정적제고，치료조평분제고경명현（ P＜0．05）。2조치료1월후림상료효，치료조총유효솔86．67％，대조조60．00％，치료조료효명현우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：정분태연합의체랍봉시치료일양화탄중독지발성뇌병가행적치료방안지일。
Objective:To explore effect of dl -3-n-butyl phthalide ( NBP) combined with edaravone in treating with delayed en-cephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning ( DEACMP) .Methods:30 cases of the control group of patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen and brain cell activator and other conventional treatment , 30 cases of patients in the treatment group in the conventional treatment on the basis of further joint NBP and edaravone treatment .Before treatment , 1 months after treatment respectively for evaluation of activi-ties of daily living ( BI) , Kyohko Hasegawa Dementia Scale ( HDS) , comparing the 2 scale values change;clinical evaluation .Results:There was not significant difference in two groups by BI and HDS prior treatment (P>0.05).There was an increase in two groups by BI and HDS after 1 month treatment ,and those in the treatment group had improved further .After 1 month treatment ,the total effective rate in the treatment group(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group (60.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:NBP combined with edara-vone might be one of the treatment regimen in the treatment of DEACMP of feasible .
