为研究大鼠胚胎脊髓组织移植至成鼠后影响移植物存活、生长、再生及与宿主神经元功能联络的因素,采用快速提取、移植胚胎脊髓神经元细胞悬液(ET),并设加入自体周围神经雪旺氏细胞(SC)悬液移植组(EST)对照.结果两组移植神经元均有不同程度存活.ET组存活数最多(P<0.01),EST组分化最好(P<0.01),术后10周辣根过氧化酶(HRP)逆行示踪有神经功能联络.认为移植的胚胎脊髓神经元可存活、分化,并与宿主神经元形成功能联络,加入自体SC有助于移植神经元的生长、发育.

To study the factors influencing the survival, differentiation and integration with host neurons of the transplants in rats grafted embryonic spinal cord neurons to adult rats spinal cord, embryonic spinal cord neurons suspension (ET) were grafted (ET group) and ET plus au-tologous Schwann cells (SC) were grafted in another group (EST group). The results showed that the grafted neurons can survive, differentiate and partially integrate with host spinal cord neurons in various degrees. The length of the grafted neurons widest axis in EST group was longer than that in ET group 10 weeks postoperation(P<0.01), the number of the grafted in ET group was more than that in EST group 10 weeks postoperation (P<0.01). It was concluded that the grafted embryonic spinal cord neurons can survive, differentiate and integrate with host neurons; that autologous SC was beneficial for the grafted neurons survival, differentiation and integration with host neurons.
