实验测量了聚醚在不同速度梯度下的剪应力数据。根据Ostwald-de waels 模型,得出纯聚醚符合牛顿流体的特性,而木粉聚醚却为拟塑性流体。随着原料配比中木粉量的增加,非牛顿性增加。同时研究了木粉聚醚的粘度与温度的关系,结果表明符合指数关系式。

In order to get the rheology behavior of wood flour polyether, the data of shear stress of wood flour polyether at the different rate of shear are measured experimentally. And based on the Ostwald-de Waels model, the results show that the pure polyether is Newtonian fluid, while wood flour polyether is a pseudoplastic fluid. With the increase of wood flour content in the wood flour polyether ingredient, wood flour polyether deviates farther from Newtonian fluid. In addition, the exponential relationship between viscosity and temperature is observed.
