研究人体基因之间的相互关系准确认定问题。人体基因组信息众多,形成海量基因数据环境。基因与基因之间的关系复杂,如何准确建立基因对之间的关联关系,对一些疾病的解决至关重要。传统的关联规则的基因关系相互认定方法受到基因众多、基因间关联数据复杂的影响,效率低下提出约束弱关联的人体基因关系认定方法。对基因直接的海量关系建立约束关联,考虑关系较弱的关联,并对数据进行分类,根据分类结果建立相互关系的置信度,不再单纯依靠初始关联结果,计算表达比率特征,实现基因对的配对挖掘认定。实验结果表明,以前列腺素为配对仿真对象,利用改进后算法进行人体基因关系认定,提高基因匹配的效率,缩短匹配时间。

This paper studied the accurately identified problems of relationship between human genes. This study proposed a human gene relationship identified method based on the constraints weak associated. First of all, the con-straint relevance was established for mass relationship directly associated genes. This method took into account of the relationship between the weak correlations to classify data. Then, confidence coefficients of mutual relationship were created based on classification results, rather than relying solely on the results of the initial association. The expres-sion ratio was calculated, ultimately achieving pairing excavation of gene pairs. Experimental results show that using prostaglandin as the object of pairing simulation, the improved algorithm for the expression analysis of the human gene relationship, can improve the efficiency of gene matching and shorten the matching time.
