与其他求解水环境容量的方法相比,线性规划法既求解了河流的水环境容量,同时水环境容量得到合理的分配.本文以成都市青白江区毗河河段为例,在建立了一维水质模型基础上,用线性规划法求解该河段水环境容量,计算结果表明:COD的水环境容量为2 225 t/a, NH_3-N的水环境容量为114 t/a,在此基础上,提出了相应的水环境规划方案.为保证区域内总量控制目标的实现,沿河污染源应配置相应污水处理项目并调整工业布局.

Compared with other methods to compute the water environmental capacity, Water environmental capacity and it's sensible distribution were acquired at the same time by the linear programming method. Taking Pi-River in Qingbaijiang Dist of Chengdu as the research object, Based on the one dimension, water environmental capacity was calculated by the linear programming method. The results shown that water environmental capacity of COD and ammonia were 2225t/a and 114t/a respectively. In the case, matching water environmental planning was brought up. To accomplish the total amount control of the basin, the discharging pollutant sources should be equipped constructions which can deal with discharging water and the layout of industry should be regulated.
