目的:研究夏枯草果穗不同采收时间对其熊果酸含量、种子千粒重和发芽率的影响,以确定适宜的采收期.方法:以果穗成熟度(发黄程度)为采收指标,分6个采收期,分别测定其果穗熊果酸含量、种子千粒重与发芽率,并进行对比.结果:采收期时夏枯草果穗与种子质量存在明显的影响,熊果酸含量、种子千粒重和发芽率均随果穗成熟度的增加而提高,至果穗全黄时达最大值.果穗全黄7d后采收,熊果酸含量下降明显;千粒重与发芽率无明显变化.结论:夏枯草果穗应在果稳全黄后及时采收.

Objective: To study the influence of different picking period on the content of ursolic acid,the seed weight of a thousand seeds and germination percentage of Prunella vugaris L. , to determine the optimum harvesting periods. Methods: The ear maturity degree's were taken as the indicators of diferent picking period. To determine the contents of ursolic acid, the seed weight of a thousand seeds and germi-nation percentage, and carrying out contrast. Results: As determined on the 6 samples of this herb, there existing obvious effect in the ear and seed quality with diferent harvesting periods. Ursolic acid, seed weight of a thousand seeds and germination percentage rising by the maturity increasing, reached maxi-mum value until the ear changes completely yellow. After 7 days, ursolic acid come down obviously, the seed weight of a thousand seeds and the germination percentage has no obvious change. Conclusion:When the ear of Prunella vugaris L. changes yellow entirely, it should be picked up timely.
