采用改进的工艺路线制备了化学计量比的Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3陶瓷,二氧化钛和碳酸钡不经过预烧,与预反应粉体混合球磨,成型后直接烧结,在1100℃和1120℃分别保温1 h,2 h,4 h获得了100%钙钛矿结构的PZN-PT-BT陶瓷,最大密度7.418 g/cm3,最大介电常数7672.

Stoichiometric Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3(PZN-PT-BT) perovskite ceramics prepared by modified processing route were investigated. Without calcination of TiO2 and BaCO3, a mixture of pre-reaction powders (PbO+ZnNb2O6) and TiO2and BaCO3 was pressed and sintered directly. Stoichiometric PZN-PT-BT ceramics sintered at 1100℃ and 1120℃ for 1, 2 and 4 h, respectively, with 100% perovskite phase were obtained. PZN-PT-BT ceramics with density 7.418 g/cm3 (92.6% of theoretical density 8.01 g/cm3) and dielectric constant Kmax 7672 at 1 kHz were prepared. As far as energy-saving and time-saving of processing are concerned, it is a simplified and effective route to prepare PZN-PT-BT ceramics.
