以八仙花当年生茎段为外植体,进行离体快速繁殖技术研究.结果表明:无菌芽诱导的适宜培养基为改良MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CH 0.5 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂粉6.0 g/L,诱导率为97.2%;芽增殖的适宜培养基为改良MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂粉6.0 g/L,增殖系数达6.1;生根的适宜培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂粉6.0 g/L,试管苗在该培养基上根系生长良好,生根率达100%.
以八仙花噹年生莖段為外植體,進行離體快速繁殖技術研究.結果錶明:無菌芽誘導的適宜培養基為改良MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CH 0.5 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+瓊脂粉6.0 g/L,誘導率為97.2%;芽增殖的適宜培養基為改良MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+瓊脂粉6.0 g/L,增殖繫數達6.1;生根的適宜培養基為1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+瓊脂粉6.0 g/L,試管苗在該培養基上根繫生長良好,生根率達100%.
이팔선화당년생경단위외식체,진행리체쾌속번식기술연구.결과표명:무균아유도적괄의배양기위개량MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+CH 0.5 g/L+자당30 g/L+경지분6.0 g/L,유도솔위97.2%;아증식적괄의배양기위개량MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+자당30 g/L+경지분6.0 g/L,증식계수체6.1;생근적괄의배양기위1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+자당20 g/L+경지분6.0 g/L,시관묘재해배양기상근계생장량호,생근솔체100%.
Current stem segments of Hydrangea serrata 'Preziosa' were used as explants and rapid in vitro propagation of Hydrangea serrata 'Preziosa' were studied.The results showed that the medium suitable for inducion of the germ-free buds was the improved MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+ 0.5 g/L CH+30 g/L sugar+6.0 g/L agar,with the inductivity of buds being 97.2%;the medium suitable for multiplication of the clumpy buds was the improved MS+1.0 mg/L BA+30 g/L sugar+6.0 g/L agar,with the multiplication rate being 6.1;and the medium suitable for rooting was 1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L IBA+20 g/L sugar+6.5 g/L agar,with the test-tube plantlets reaching 100% in rooting.
