采用水热合成法制备经精氨酸表面修饰和铕掺杂的羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒(HAP-Eu).利用透射电镜(TEM)、Zeta电位分析仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪和X射线衍射(XRD)对HAP-Eu的成分、形貌、结构、晶粒粒径和Zeta电位进行表征,并通过成像流式细胞仪研究细胞活性.结果表明:制备的HAP-Eu粒径较均匀,约为100 nm,特征峰明显;在pH=7.5时,颗粒的表面净电荷均值约为30.10 mV;在人上皮细胞和内皮细胞中无毒性.
採用水熱閤成法製備經精氨痠錶麵脩飾和銪摻雜的羥基燐灰石納米顆粒(HAP-Eu).利用透射電鏡(TEM)、Zeta電位分析儀、傅立葉紅外光譜儀和X射線衍射(XRD)對HAP-Eu的成分、形貌、結構、晶粒粒徑和Zeta電位進行錶徵,併通過成像流式細胞儀研究細胞活性.結果錶明:製備的HAP-Eu粒徑較均勻,約為100 nm,特徵峰明顯;在pH=7.5時,顆粒的錶麵淨電荷均值約為30.10 mV;在人上皮細胞和內皮細胞中無毒性.
채용수열합성법제비경정안산표면수식화유참잡적간기린회석납미과립(HAP-Eu).이용투사전경(TEM)、Zeta전위분석의、부립협홍외광보의화X사선연사(XRD)대HAP-Eu적성분、형모、결구、정립립경화Zeta전위진행표정,병통과성상류식세포의연구세포활성.결과표명:제비적HAP-Eu립경교균균,약위100 nm,특정봉명현;재pH=7.5시,과립적표면정전하균치약위30.10 mV;재인상피세포화내피세포중무독성.
The arginine-modified and europium-doped hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (HAP-Eu) were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis.The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffractometry (XRD),Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and zeta potential analyzer.The cell viability of HAP-Eu was tested by image flow cytometry.The results indicated that HAP-Eu is short column shapes and its size is approximately 100 nm,its zeta potential is about 30.10 mV at pH of 7.5,and shows no cytotoxicity in human epithelial cells and endothelial cells.
