目的 对真菌性眼内炎伴前房积脓的患者,采用激光角膜共焦显微镜检查进行观察研究,并归纳总结其临床特点.方法 对11例(11只眼)真菌性眼内炎伴前房积脓的患者,其无明显角膜溃疡,角膜结构基本完整,早期进行激光角膜共焦显微镜检查,研究其图象特点.结果 文中真菌性眼内炎合并前房积脓的患者,采用激光角膜共焦显微镜能早期在角膜内皮面发现不同程度的真菌菌丝浸润.结论 激光角膜共焦显微镜可以无创的检查角膜各层,特别是角膜内皮面的细胞级结构,对于真菌性眼内炎伴前房积脓的患者,能够早期无创的检查角膜内皮面,比传统的侵人性检查能更早发现角膜内皮面的真菌菌丝,有利早期对该病进行诊断和治疗.

목적 대진균성안내염반전방적농적환자,채용격광각막공초현미경검사진행관찰연구,병귀납총결기림상특점.방법 대11례(11지안)진균성안내염반전방적농적환자,기무명현각막궤양,각막결구기본완정,조기진행격광각막공초현미경검사,연구기도상특점.결과 문중진균성안내염합병전방적농적환자,채용격광각막공초현미경능조기재각막내피면발현불동정도적진균균사침윤.결론 격광각막공초현미경가이무창적검사각막각층,특별시각막내피면적세포급결구,대우진균성안내염반전방적농적환자,능구조기무창적검사각막내피면,비전통적침인성검사능경조발현각막내피면적진균균사,유리조기대해병진행진단화치료.
Objective To observe the comea of fungal endophthalmitis with hypopyon by laser corneal confocal microscopy and summarize the clinical features. Methods Eleven patients (11 eyes) with fungal endophthalmitis and hypopyon were included in this study,the comea were examined early by in vivo laser confocal microscopy.The characteristics of their images were studied and summarized.Results The group of fungal endophthalmitis with hypopyon,the different infiltration of fungal hyphae could be found early in the corneal endothelial surface by using corneal confocal microscopy. Conclusions Laser Corneal confocal microscope can examine the different comeal layers noninvasively,particularly endothelial cell surface-level structure.For fungal endophthalmitis with hypopyon in patients to early noninvasive corneal endothelial surface,than the traditional invasive check to earlier detection of endothelial surface of the fungal hyphae,enabling early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
