目的 探讨医院内监控管理在静脉输液质量中的作用.方法 组建静脉输液小组,完善质量监控体系,健全医院静脉输液会诊制度,制定落实工作规范,评价安全管理效果.结果 病人静脉输液满意度提高,静脉输液相关性护理缺陷发生率下降.结论 医院内监控管理能够加强静脉输液的安全质量控制,有利于提高医院整体医疗护理质量.
目的 探討醫院內鑑控管理在靜脈輸液質量中的作用.方法 組建靜脈輸液小組,完善質量鑑控體繫,健全醫院靜脈輸液會診製度,製定落實工作規範,評價安全管理效果.結果 病人靜脈輸液滿意度提高,靜脈輸液相關性護理缺陷髮生率下降.結論 醫院內鑑控管理能夠加彊靜脈輸液的安全質量控製,有利于提高醫院整體醫療護理質量.
목적 탐토의원내감공관리재정맥수액질량중적작용.방법 조건정맥수액소조,완선질량감공체계,건전의원정맥수액회진제도,제정락실공작규범,평개안전관리효과.결과 병인정맥수액만의도제고,정맥수액상관성호리결함발생솔하강.결론 의원내감공관리능구가강정맥수액적안전질량공제,유리우제고의원정체의료호리질량.
Objective To explore effects of monitoring and management on quality of intravenous infusion in the hospital.Methods The measures of monitoring and management including establishing intravenous infusion groups,improving the system of quality monitoring,setting up a sound consultation system of the hospital intravenous infusion,developing the implementation standards of intravenous infusion were perfectly developed in the hospital.Results The patient' satisfaction improved and the incidences of nursing defects related to intravenous infusion declined.Conclusions The monitoring and management of intravenous infusion can strengthen the safety of intravenous infusion and enhance the quality of the medical and nursing.
