目的探讨应用自我效能与功能锻炼对提高宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的效果.方法选择宫颈癌手术患者69例,随机分为对照组34例及干预组35例,干预组除行常规妇科腹部手术护理外,同时应用自我效能与膀胱功能锻炼实施系统的个性化护理;对照组则行常规护理.比较两组患者自我效能、拔尿管时间及尿潴留的发生率、心理负性情绪和生活质量.结果干预组患者的心理负性情绪减轻,拔尿管时间缩短,尿潴留的发生率降低,自我效能和生活质量明显提高(P＜0.01).结论运用自我效能与功能锻炼对宫颈癌患者进行护理,能增强患者自我效能,降低负性心理,促进康复,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the positive effects of self-efficacy and functional exercise on cervical cancer patients' postoperative quality of life.Methods A total of 69 cervical cancer patients were divided into two groups randomly: contrast group ( n = 34) and experiment group (n = 35) .In the experiment group, besides the regular care of gynecological abdomen surgery, systematic individual nursing with the application of self- efficacy and bladder functional exercise was carried out.In the contrast group only regular nursing was carried out The self- efficacy, the time for plucking urinary catheters, the occurrence rate of urinary retention, psychological negative mood and life quality of the two groups were all compared.Results The psychological negative mood of the patients from the experiment group was relieved.The time for plucking their urinary catheters was shortened and the occurrence rate of urinary retention was decreased, while their self-efficacy and life quality were increased dramatically (P ＜0.01 ) .Conclusions The spplication of self-efficacy and functional exercise to nursing cervical cancer patients can increase the patients'self-efficacy, relieve their psychological negative mood, promote their recovery and improve their life quality.
