Promoting ＂Strive for the Best＂ activities among grass-roots Party＇s organizations and members is an urgent need that consolidates and promotes the results, which the whole Party deeply learns and practice Scientific Outlook on Development. It is an effective carrier to further motivate and arouse the creativity and initiatives of grass-roots Party＇s organizations and members and promote scientific and technological development. This is also an important measure to enhanee the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and improve Party＇s competence to construct science. The paper puts forward the measures to enhance the political and ideological work by ＂Strive for the Best＂ activities.
