本文就PVC—U塑料窗（以下简称塑料窗）的检测数据、工艺流程、关键质量控制点及产品质量缺陷进行分析，提出持续质量改进措施及建议，以达到不断提高和改进生产工艺，确保塑料窗按标准规范进行制作安装，从而有效保证塑料窗的产品质量．并指导用户选购和消费的目的。

In this paper, the test data, process, key quality control points and product quality defects of PVC-U plastic window （hereinafter referred to as plastic windows） is analyzed.
