研究了单稳态永磁机构动态特性的数学模型,并进行了质量和反力的归算。使用有限元法计算单稳态永磁机构动态特性,得到了电流、位移随时间变化的仿真曲线,并进行了试验。在试验中实测了断路器触头的分、合闸行程曲线和分、合闸线圈的电流参数。结果表明仿真计算准确可靠,机构动态特性优异。

This paper studied the mathematical model of a monostable permanent magnetic actuator's dynamic characteristics, finishing the reduction of quality and counter-force. The dynamic behavior of the monostable permanent magnetic actuator was calculated by the finite element method. A few simulation curves such as current and position and movable contact velocity were obtained, and experiments were also carried out. In the test, the open and closing position of contacts were measured and the current parameters of the open and closing coil were also obtained. The results show that the simulation calculation is correct and reliable, and the dynamic behavior of the actuator is excellent.
