针对现有开关电器的接通与分断试验系统不具有数据自动分析能力或分析效果欠佳等问题,引入一种基于小波变换的奇异性检测方法,结合仿真信号研究了它的检测效果,设计了一套可实现通断试验数据自动分析的算法,在断路器的模拟过载性能试验中,验证了该算法的有效性。结果表明,该算法不但使信号在转折点出现明显特征,还能自动准确地得到试验的通电时间,这对提高电器产品检验的准确性具有重要的意义。

Aiming at problems that the making and breaking test system of the existing switching device doesn't have ability of data automatic analysis or that the analyzing results are poor, introduction was made to a singularity detection method based on wavelet transform. Combined with the simulation signal, its detection effect was studied, and then a set of algorithm, which could realize automatic analysis of the making and breaking test data, was designed. The effectiveness of this algorithm was verified in the simulation of overloading performance test of circuit breakers. The results show that the algorithm not only makes the signals display apparent characteristics at turning point, but also can gain the making time of test automatically and accurately, which has great significance for improving accuracy in the electrical product inspection.
