在分析经验法、现场实测法、理论计算法和数值模拟确定煤柱尺寸优缺点的基础上,提出了利用理论计算、现场实测和数值模拟分析相结合的方法来确定软煤层大采高工作面回采巷道的煤柱尺寸,并根据晋煤集团赵庄矿3305软煤层大采高工作面生产实际,依照理论计算法求出煤柱留设尺寸,然后对巷道开挖前后不同煤柱尺寸下的围岩应力、变形进行了数值模拟研究。最后,结合现场实测数据得出了巷道围岩变形、煤柱受力与煤柱尺寸之间的关系,确定了该工作面煤柱留设的合理尺寸。实践证明,在理论计算的基础上结合数值模拟分析和现场实测是确定软煤层大采高工作面煤柱尺寸的一种合理有效的方法。

On the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of coal pillar size measurement though some methods as experience method,field measurement method,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the pillar size of large-mining-height working face among soft seams were determined.According to the real situation of No.3305 soft seam of Zhaozhuang Mine and the theoretical calculation,the pillar retained sizes were also determined,and then the surrounding rock stress and deformation were studied through numerical simulation.At last,the relationship were concluded by the field data between surrounding deformation,pillar load and pillar size.The rational pillar retained size was determined.The practice proved the approach to be reasonable and effective.
