高等职业教育以服务区域经济发展为目标,其服务方式多种多样。但经济相对滞后地区的企业一方面急需大量高素质的管理、技术人才,一方面又难以为这些人才提供良好的就业环境和待遇。为解决这一矛盾,高职院校必须协助发展区域优势产业;积极研究行业企业就业与人才培养,提高人才培养质量。

Higher vocational education serve to regional economic development as its goal,the services have variety of ways.The Enterprises located in the regions of where economy relatively backward,on one hand,its badly in need of a large number of high-quality management,technical personnel;On the other hand,its difficult to provide good employment environment and treatment for these people.In order to solve this contradiction and improve the quality of talent cultivation,Higher vocational colleges should assist in the development of industry which have advantage in the area,and research industry employment and personnel training actively.
