Taking a core electrode design of moved mold for the low-voltage electrical appliances shell as an example, improved the utilization rate of copper electrode material through improving electrical design, and introduced design process of copper electrode. Through a variety of different electrode design method, carried on the contrast analysis, obtained the reasonable electrode design, not only could improve the quality of electrode, but also could substantially reduce the processing cost.
