中国蚕业的发展历史悠久,目前的茧丝绸生产居世界主导地位,但是中国蚕业的生产关系和产业的上层建筑都存在着很多深层次问题,已严重阻碍蚕业的正常发展。文章指出中国蚕业的可持续发展在于＂变＂,必须从蚕业的内涵、发展思路、科技创新方向、产业组织模式、产业链运作机制、产业分工与布局、政策环境等方面系统地进行创新,才能确保中国蚕业的可持续发展。

There is a long historical standing for the silkworm industry development in China. Currently, China＇s silk production occupies the dominant status in the world. However, there are many serious problems existed in its relation of production and super structure, which have hindered normal development of the industry seriously. It was pointed out that to guarantee the sustainable development of China＇s silkworm industry, we have to do systematic innovation from its intension, development train of thought, scientific ＆ technological innovation direction, model of industry organization, operating mechanisms of industrial chain, division and layout of industry, policy environment, etc.
