本文以民用飞机的水／废水系统的角度，以某机型飞机的水废水系统为重点，从故障描述、初步评估，可能的故障原因和故障程序四部分，含绍了《故障隔离手册》鳊写思路和要点。同时也论述了FIM的相关概念，使用和鳊写标准、及其与其他手册的关系。

This paper discusses and introduces the FIM developing concepts and key points from the viewpoint of water/waste system of civil airplanes, focuses on the water/waste system of certain aircraft, which is distributed to the description of fault, initial evaluation, and possible causes and fault isolation procedure. Meanwhile, it also explains the data source and the usage of FIM, developing specification, and the relationship to other manuals.
