文章分析了校企合作教育存在的问题,提出校企合作教育的基本原则;结合应用型软件人才培养改革实践,对校企合作教育运行机制、教育模式进行探讨,提出建立"政府主导、校企参与、优势互补、互惠互利"的三位一体新机制,形成以校地联合、产学研合作为平台,以学生创新能力和工程应用能力培养为目标,以项目实训为载体的应用型软件工程人才教育模式。

Authors analyse the school-enterprise cooperation education existent problems,put forward the basic principles school-enterprise cooperation education should follow.Combined with the applied software talents training reform practice of Ludong University,we probe into the operation mechanism and training mode of school-enterprise cooperation education,and then construct a new mechanism,that is government leading,school-enterprise participation,complement each other's advantages and mutual benefit,form a platform of school-enterprise coalition and the production-teaching-research cooperation which takes the training of students' innovation ability and engineering application ability as the goal.As project practice to be the carrier,the new training mode gains satisfactory teaching effect.
