利用外热式固定床反应器,在400~700℃范围内对脱水污泥和麦秸的混合物进行共热解,研究了热解条件对炭粉吸附特性的影响。实验结果表明:在相同的秸秆掺混比下,400℃制得的含炭吸附剂的碘吸附值最高,在406.6~542.1 mg/g之间;孔径分布较宽,以中孔为主,微孔和比表面积较小。总孔容积随热解温度的升高而增大,700℃热解的纯污泥总孔容积最大,达到0.223 6 mL/g,中孔占71.9%。污泥与秸秆以5∶5的混合比例热解后所得固体吸附剂总孔容有所下降,但孔径分布集中,中孔含量达到81.1%,大孔含量高达18.9%。

Co-pyrolysis of sludge and wheat straw is carried out by using an externally heated fixed-bed reactor at 400~700 ℃.The effect of co-pyrolysis conditions on the carbon adsorption are investigated.The result indicates that adsorbent are produced with straw in the same mixing ratio at 400 ℃,which can adsorb the largest number of iodine,406.6~542.1 mg/g.And the adsorbent have wide aperture,but the tiny holes account for the small proportion,primarily are middle holes account for 71.9%,which have smaller surface area.The total pore volume increases with pyrolysis temperature together,so pyrolysis of sewage sludge has largest total pore volume at 700 ℃,which is 0.223 6 mL/g.Adsorbent is obtained by pyrolysis of sludge with straw mixed in the ratio of 5∶5,which has smaller total pore volume and more concentrated distribution,and middle holes account for 81.1%.
